10S 36V (42V) 20A lithium ion battery BMS, For 36V 10Ah E-bike li-ion batteries pack, With the balance function, 36V 20A BMS.

Feature

1. It is suitable for 10S 36V lithium ion battery pack.

2. With functions of protection from voltage, current detection, including over-current, overvoltage, under-voltage and short circuit protection, voltage balance function.

3. This BMS was build with high end electronic components (High End Integrated IC chip and MOSFET ) ,It has highly precision on detection on voltage and current .stable working performance in extremely condition.

Note:The two white wires on the BMS are temperature control switches, which act as thermal protection. The temperature control switch should be closely attached to the surface of the cell.

Wiring instructions:

B-:Connect to battery negative  (3135 Black  14AWG  L=150±5mm)

P-:Connect to negative of discharge port (3135 Blue  14AWG  L=150±5mm)

C-:Connect to negative of charge port (3135 yellow  18AWG  L=150±5mm)

Voltage monitoring wiring harness

Wires type:UL1007   22AWG   L=300±5mm
B-(Black),B10+(Red)
B-(GND)/B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B6/B7/B8/B9/B10(B+)

Remarks:

Please connect B- line firstly, and then connect voltage monitoring wiring harness. The last step is to connect charge and discharge lines. If you want to remove them, the order should be reversed. Please pay attention to the connection order, or it will damage the component.
