1. Aliexpress official shipping method

No matter free shipping or paid by buyer.

If chosen Aliexpress shipping (standard, economy, heavy, cainiao…), seller will send goods to Aliexpress shipping station.

You will get shipping status updates in a few days. As regular, Aliexpress shipping will upload tracking details in 2-3 days after received seller's parcel.

Buyer can track shipping process on Aliexpress.

Then Aliexpress control all the shipping steps. Whatever damage, delay or lost parcel, Aliexpress takes responsibility for full of the shipping process.

Seller is not responsible for any loss caused by the shipping process!

You can complain to Aliexpress but not seller. Then Aliexpress will ask you to provide photos for damaged package and product damaged photos (such as Aluminum tube deformation, plastic parts broken, tabletop deformation, surface scratches, fabric knocked broken )

( Only material defects, seller will compensate you.)

2. Seller shipping method

Especially remote area, if chosen this shipping way, seller will find a cheaper shipping for you.

Seller will ask shipping agents to research the best shipping way at the next day after you paid order.

Then seller send goods to shipping agent's warehouse, which might spend 1-3 days.

Normally seller will send buyer a tracking number and tracking website, which is provided by seller's shipping agent.

Aliexpress don't allow seller upload any other tracking details except for Aliexpress official shipping method.

So seller have to upload another tracking number on Aliexpress to finish delivery.

But don't worry about that. We had send you the real tracking number and website before do that.

Even if your order finished before goods arriving, you'll receive your order !
