If you want to get batteries from our store, please read below information:

1. Aliexpress don't allow us to ship battery via the on-line shipping method (Aliexpress standard shipping), we have to use off-line shipping service (Meest).

2. Meest offer air delivery and sea delivery to Ukraine. By air: 25-30 work days. By sea: 55-60 work days. (The Sku shows "SEA" and "AIR")

3. We must enter a on-line tracking number in system, so we will ship a package with little gift by Aliexpress standard shipping. There is NO BATTERY inside. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any dispute when you receive the small package with the little gift, you must wait for the Meest parcel arrive.

4. The battery will be delivered by Meest, we offer the tracking number and website via message box. Please use them to track the battery location.

Very Important about GX-3.2V 52Ah!!!

The GX-3.2V 52 Ah is the smallest size among all the 50Ah cell. Because the battery capacity density is larger than others, it will have bulging problem after a period of time, which cannot be avoided. But it will not effect the battery normal use. So if you are care about this, please don't order this type of battery. We do not accpet the dispute of the battery bulging issues.

Recommendation: EVE 3.2V 50Ah won't have bulging problem.

Note: The LFP 3.2V 52-105Ah is original brand new Gotion battery. For easy assemble, we will weld M6 studs on the cell. Each battery will send 1 pcs copper busbar and 2 pcs nuts. The price to European countries including custom clearance and tax.

About Customs duties & transportation

1. Because the battery is prohibited product, many courier and logistics are unable to send, the arrival will slower than other products, please wait patiently after place the order. And we don't accept the dispute and negative review due to the long time delivery of the courier company and other factors.

2. About the delivery time:

a. The batteries ship to EU, US, CA are including custom clearance and tax. By sea take 45-55 work days.
The shipping information will be updated after the package finish the custom clearance and pick up by the local express.

b. For customers in Ukraine, we can ship the from China to your door. By sea take 55-60 work days; Remote areas can't be shipped, please contact the customer service.

c. For Russia, Belarus customers, it can only ship by sea or train, usually take 30-45 work days.

d. Ship to Asia countries usually will take 20-30 work days. And the shipping details usually be updated after it arrive to local post.

3. Please make sure the recipient information is correct. After the batteries arrive to local transport station, it needs to contact you to arrange the shipment. If due to your phone number is not right or could not contact you through message cause the delivery fail. We will not accept the dispute.

Before taking the order:

Please read carefully all the description before taking orders, the battery is suitable for DIY lovers with experience, people who are not familiar with the safe use of lithium battery knowledge, please go to our shop to buy the finished product.

DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced (same voltage ) before assembly.
And we don’t accept refund for buyers who don’t know how to assembled or unbalanced assembly.

Please use the correct BMS during assembly. We don’t accept refund for the problem caused during assembly process or after the assembly. Such as not use the BMS, the BMS connected to the wrong wire lead to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc.

Before assembling, please make sure use the same capacity cell and use the same brand of the cell. It is forbidden to mix cells with different capacity and brand in the same battery system. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for quality assurance.

Warranty

The warranty period is 12 months from the date you receive.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.

Before the shipment, we will detected the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week, if you found problems please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
