TENS and Muscle Stimulator is a portabeand DC3.7V battery powered mulifunetion device, offering both Transcutaneous Elecrical Nerve Stimulation(TENS)and Powered Muscle Stimulation(PMS)qualities in one device.



Operations:

1)This device is intended for use on healthy skin

2)The clectrode pads are for single patient use.

3)Intensity is based upon your level of comfort.

4) For first time use, it is recommended to choose low intensity and short time. After adapting to the intensity, gradually increase the massage intensity until you feel comfortable.

5)If you feel pain,dizziness,or discomfort,Please stop using.



Regular Application principles

1)Find the exact pain point or the area where the muscle ache most.For best relief of pain,place the electrode pair from one channel on either side of the pain.or you may place on electrode on the painful site and the other near the site of pain.

2)Intensity: The intensity can be gradually increased up to the point when it becomes uncomfortable.Always stay below that point of discomfort.

3)Recommended application duration and Program selection :For first time over, choose program l at a low intensity level to treat for 10 minutes per day,and then guaduallyup to 3 times a day,You may increase the intensity and time after you have become familliar with the device and feel for the stumilation.Stay with program l for a few days before trying any of the other programs and intensity settings.It is difficult to recommend a particular program for a specific type of pain and it is usually determined by the user’s feel of relief .However If you do not feel aby reliefof pain after having tried different programs and intensities for a period,it is recommended that you consult with your physician.

4)If the stimulation sensation becomes weaker or disappears,you may increase the intensity by pressing the up key(+) to a point when the stimulation becomes uncomfortable,but if the sensation dose become uncomfortable,press the down key(-)to decrease the intensity.Always stay under the point of discomfort!
