   As shown below, you can use a combination of batteries connected in series and parallel to get voltage levels of 12V, 24V, and 48V.Get creative to DIY and build your own battery packs for RV&Trailer/Vans/Campers,Boat,Yacht,Trolling Motor,Golf Cart,Electric Wheelchair,Truck,Home Solar Bank,etc.

  1. Please balance the battery cells before assembly.

  2. Install and connect the screws.

  3. Install the protective board

  4. Fix the entire battery pack with an insulation board and wrap it with nylon tape.

*It is recommended that all screw assembly be done manually; It is not recommended to use electric tools since Electric tools have a torque peak that can easily damage the terminals of laser welding.[Note]

That this model of battery is produced in a high-altitude plant, where nitrogen is injected during production. If there is a Slight bulge, this is normal and will not affect its normal performance. Please don't worry. This can be ameliorated by compression and multiple cycles.

[Precautions]

1.No matter what the charging model is, once the temperature of the cell is above the absolute charging temperature, charging should be stopped.

2.Customers should configure a BMS which is used for strictly monitoring, management and protection.

3.Properly connect the terminals of positive and negative of the batteries. The reversal charging is forbidden. If the polarity is reversed, the battery will be damaged and safety problem may occur.

4.If the batteries kept unused for a long time, it should be charged and discharged at the standard model every six months. Store the battery in the state of 30% SOC (voltage scope: 3.275V~3.305V).

Q:Does the sending battery include BusBar connector and screws?

A: Yes ,we ship the battery with the BusBar connector and screws.

Q:What is the life expectancy of a Lithium battery?

A: The typical estimated life of the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is 5-15 years, the Grade A 320Ah batteries has over 8000 cycles life@25℃ after testing .One charge cycle is a period of use from fully charged, to fully discharged, and fully recharged again.

Q:If I want to solar charge LiFePO4/Lithium Ion battery, which already has PCB, would a normal controller work fine?

A: For LiFePO4 / Lithium Ion battery, we always recommend to use LiFePO4/Lithium Ion solar controller. Especially if you are using the battery as UPS (back up power supply). The Lead Acid solar controller will constantly provide pulse current to the battery, in the long run, it might damage the PCB. So the PCB won't be able to protect the battery when it should be.

Q:I am a distributor. Can I cooperate with battery warehouse for a long time?

Q:Is the cells I bought balanced?

A: We know the importance of maintaining the consistency of each cell in the battery pack, so we will match and balance all cells to ensure that the internal resistance, voltage and capacity of cells are completely matched and balanced before delivery. This process is very necessary.

Q:Why hasn't my ups or Fedex transportation number been updated?

A: This is normal, because in countries with tariffs, our packages need to pass the customs of your country before they can be delivered to the local UPS or FedEx. Once they pass the customs and update the transportation number, you can usually receive the goods within 3-5 days.
